Jennifer Estrougo, Adv. Deputy CEO
The board of Klapton Insurance Company Ltd is delighted to announce the promotion of Jennifer Estrougo to Deputy CEO, while she continues to serve as Head of Claims.
Since her start at Klapton in November 2021, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in modernising the Claims IT system and assembling a team of outstanding claims staff to support our clientele. She is highly respected within her department and is celebrated company-wide, as well as externally, for her positive and approachable leadership style.
Before joining our team, Jennifer made notable contributions to the insurance sector, having worked with esteemed entities such as Howden Insurance Brokers and Kennedys Law Firm. Her expertise in managing complex insurance claims is a tremendous asset to our company.
Boasting over 16 years of experience in legal and insurance claims, Jennifer possesses extensive knowledge in overseeing high-profile insurance claims, resolving insurance disputes both in and out of court, and addressing multifaceted coverage issues.
She holds a certification as an attorney from the Israeli BAR Association.
Jennifer has already embraced her expanded role, initiating a complete overhaul of KIC’s branding and marketing strategies as the company embarks on a new growth phase.
