The board of Klapton Insurance Company is delighted to announce in July the appointment of Tali Marienberg to their board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to report to the shareholders, board and any other stakeholders on the CEO’s objectives and strategic goals of the business whilst at the same time taking note of board decisions that will guide the future day-to-day operations of Klapton.

Tali has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 25 years around the world, handling both insurance claims and managing claim departments for state and public insurers, including leading MGAs. She gained her law degree in 1992 from Essex University in the United Kingdom.

Since joining the company back in February 2020, she has gained great respect from everyone at Klapton with her calm, considerate approach to the teams within the organization. Her enthusiastic attention to making business decisions based on evidence-based data has already made a positive impact on this year’s performance.

Married with twin daughters. In the little spare time she has, she enjoys a wide variety of sports, volunteers with helping the elderly and is a mentor for women entrepreneurs in start-up businesses.
